HL Arrubla, committed to offering new services that complement our HR solutions offering, has created the Accounting and Tax division.
This division aims to provide administrative solutions to our clients, including:
Management of general accounting (IFRS standards) and preparation of historical accounting reports.
Preparation and management of legal books: purchase and sale, general ledger, inventory, shareholders, minutes, journal.
Restatement of financial statements.
Calculation of taxes, withholdings, ARI-CV.
Income certification, personal balance sheets, commissioner's report, and other documents required by the Commercial Registry, Saren, and notaries.
This service can be offered by dedicated staff at our clients' facilities or offsite, depending on their preference and workload.
