HL Arrubla began operations in 1993, carrying out promotional activities, marketing, and all types of event planning. Our initial clients were consumer goods companies with renowned brands, who trusted our capabilities.

Then, in 2001, with the creation of temporary employment agencies (ETTs), we began to focus on providing human resources solutions through outsourcing activities. This is how our clients benefited from personnel search and management services in areas such as logistics, systems, sales, marketing, warehousing, administration, and accounting. Our client portfolio expanded to include sectors such as industry, services, sales, jewelry, engineering, and consulting.

Following the entry into force of the current LOTTT (Tax Law), which eliminates outsourcing, we have reoriented our service portfolio to provide consulting services in human resources, accounting, administration, and auditing. We have thus evolved with the times, while maintaining our high standards of quality and dedication to serving our clients.
