This service enables foreign companies—whether or not they are established in Venezuela—to hire expatriate personnel while complying with all immigration, labor, and tax laws.

Our services cover every stage required for an expatriate to work legally in Venezuela:
 

• Work permit application with the Ministry of Labor

• TR-L visa application with SAIME

• Transmission of the official notification (radiogram) to the Venezuelan embassy or consulate in the country of origin

• Application for the national ID card (cédula) issuance order with SAIME

• Expatriate payroll administration and payment

2. Administrative Processing: Advisory and documentation support to enable your company to handle the direct hiring.
